I have checked some factory airfields I have found on the web.

The distance/time measurement is precise with regard to time but very woolly on distance - but it's quite well known to even the average man-in-the -street
The airport is quite substantial - but has a wide range of users - its not just a factory airport and in fact , as I said, I'm not sure they currently produce whole air-frames any more

Three main runways - up to 10,000ft long (not all three)

That looks horribly like the British countryside - if so perhaps it's a civvie Westland WS51 Dragonfly

Yes, we’re in Britain and it’s a Dragonfly.

Well done, Sherlock!
I love the name Rotor Station. Here's a bigger picture and the equivalent GE view. The bridge carries Yardley Green Road over the River Cole:
I'm not sure if Asturias has declared Open House.

Lets start 2020 with a relatively new airport......................
The name could be confusing though; in the same period, the name 'ROTOR Station' referred to a chain of supposedly secret RAF air defence radar stations.
