Blame the guys who took the photos
The Google one was almost pointing north.
Here's the original montage to prove SLB is correct with Ourches - click here for a larger version

Thanks nvubu,
The very green grassy booth shape was the pointer.
Only a small band North south above the Meuse has those fresh colours.
Again sorry dook, I could no longer stand it, seeing you wandering around.
Next challenge to support the paragon conversation on this thread.
I need the names of both islands.

....paragon conversation.... getting interesting!
Not Pacific Ocean (which doesn't discount Indian etc).
Good vegetation coverage so probably temperate/tropical.
Tortuous outline for an island.
Remote enough to merit a runway but not populated/remote enough to merit paving it.
Unpaved runway = light aircraft so probably not far from mainland.
Google Earth image doesn't show shallow water around, which is why I said earlier not likely atoll.

Boystown Fly-in Ranch, Prudence Island, Rhode Island, U.S.A. Adjacent is Patience Island. Proximity of Providence. Due diligence.

The Paragon virtue of patience (and prudence).
Not so long ago valued on this thread by Jensdad and Asturias.
Shamelessly from wiki
There is an old colonial school poem:
"Patience, Prudence, Hope, and Despair. And the little Hog over there."
(all islands in that bay)
Evansb is correct and has control.

Sorry, not Grumman's plant. Not Savanna, nor Long Island, NY. Sadly, the factory buildings were demolished years ago.
Oh, in case you are interested, the pilot landing the ULAC in the photo looks EXACTLY like me.
Yes, there is aircraft debris off to my port side. Disturbing. Photos to follow.
