Not Lagos Portugal.
I think it is time to further clarify the clue that I stayed in line with the thread drift about opencast mining.

Morsenich it is.
The village and the strip lay in the projected area to be mined.
Neu-Morshenich is already built to the south Of the Autobahn strasse but the mining company has postponed to demolish the village.
nvubu has te lead.

Interestingly looks like an advertising hoarding - so unlikely to be in a Peoples Democracy
