Which Aerodrome Mk III
Sycamore is on the right track.
This French Squadron fought at the Eastern front.
Edit:
i need to learn to count
The kills as mentioned by Sycamore do actually count up to the 13
painted on the fuselage.

I visited there a week ago.
The same photo is displayed in the dedicated Normandië-Niemen pavilion.
I think however te caption in the museum is wrong.
So Le Bourget is not the place we are looking for.

not a scatter gun but a list of where they were based according to Wikipedia (I know, I know....) - so we didn't have to plough through every WW2 airfield in E Europe.......
Still it's certainly cut down the area!
