Displaced threshold meaning 'you 'a no land on 'a this bit' but the X would indicate not available for takeoff either.

On a minor point of order, you don't necessarily need pavement to extend a TODA. But if you don't have it, max take-off weight (mass if you must) might be limited by the take-off run (TORA) instead. But extending the TORA doesn't of itself extend the TODA.

No to the Four X Continent, tipping my cap to Terry Pratchett. The machine I flew that weekend had little truck with TORA, TODA, and so on. A former Caliphate, cotton groves, skydiving.

That's it. Long weekend from my 'day job.' While there my wife had our new car wrecked while taking daughter back to school. All OK, and even newer car resulted from the insurance of the other driver. Cordoba very pleasant. All yours dook. Was Swatton a former RAF back-seater?

Peter was a navigator on several types and apart from a tour at 1 AIDU he was the senior navigation tutor at ETPS, teaching Performance

We still meet every Friday lunchtime for a beer or lunch since he only lives eight miles away.
