Duckbutt has it subject to de-coding the Macy's reference. I would have thought any Chicago airport store at the time would have been Marshall Fields but as this thread is not "Which Department Store" lets not go there.
I reckon about 1959/60 from the extended version which adds an AA Boeing to the DC-6 & Convair as well as a Chicago Helicopter Airways S.58.

Well that's an RCAF C47 on the ramp, more thought applications ahead Not Lahr, but looks European
