I can only find a photo showing it in a very dilapidated state, but some of the features seem to fit

And thank you too Mel . I used to check the "Fright Archives" regularly, but since I changed my browser to Chrome, it wont display the PDF pages and my IE at work is broken and I didn't have the time to delve!
