Now I've had a closer look perhaps not the Project Blue Book.....however may be the Debreyer JCD-03 Pelican?

MacDonald S-20 ? Found on aerofiles or proberts ?

Scratch that, I'll say it is a Pazmany PL-4.

A reason to ask for designation that I could imagine one should see from the picture (I cannot) would be the turboprop engines, so my last is L-1049C or D.
