Seriously?

No wonder these 'spotters' threads aren't popular when the Chosen Few want to hold it all to themselves, with their rules.

My model designations are correct for the types portrayed, and nowhere do I use the term Eurocopter nor Airbus. Count me out and have it your way.

Then why not say so, instead of implying I don't know what is Eurocopter. You're emulating dook and others with their stupid guessing games and pointless ambiguous clues instead of photos. No wonder the spotters threads have gone so quiet, even with the 24 hour rule being relaxed.

The one non-Eurocopter in that set of silhouettes is the BK-117, made by a consortium of MBB and Kawasaki: I owned one.

The second image is, from your more useful post, more likely to be the H160 rather than the development EC155.

John,

When I posted the challenge I already knew some people would be more in favour of the type designations as on the certificates rather then the new marketing type numbers of Airbus.

So my Eurocopter comment was rather tong in cheek and I new I would pull some Flak.
Not knowing you would pull out a complete battalion of Patriots.
I was trying to encourage some replies from others.
If I would have stated 4/5 right away, most other contenders would not want to steal the challenge from you.

If you want the thread improved you can only do so by actively contributing to it so I hope you have something ready. As with the H-160 you have scored 5/5.

The challenge was from an online color book as released by Airbus Helicopters
