Not a Piel design David...nor a Slick Martin. As previously inferred, it is a French design.

To help you along, this was a 1980's design and competed on at least one occasion in the World Aerobatics Championship.

Perhaps you need to take a look at the WAC contenders in the 1980's?

Must have missed one then
Laser Z-200???
You need food mate!

As far as I can see examples of this aircraft turned up at 2 WAC's in the 1980's but probably only competed at one of them.

Feugray ASA 200?
A very close call CGB. It's not the ASA-200 but it is externally very very similar. Both the ASA-200 and the challenge aircraft appeared at the 1986 event - where I believe the competition was cancelled due to weather.

TR-260? per chance?
Mmm, have you been looking at Flight Global by chance? For reasons best known to them they have identified the aircraft incorrectly! Anyway, its NOT the TR260.

Edit to say....the digits are correct martin...just the make that's wrong
