RegDep has it. My Jane's calls it a Beriev A-40 Albatross 'Mermaid'. Perhaps it is the improved A-42 version. Regardless, you have control

My source; it may be that it is a bit unclear what is A 40 and what is (will be?) the upgraded version of it, the A 42.

The Soko Jastreb (of 1939) and the FFVS J22 are remarkably similar... except for that tapering wing...

Re: RegDep and the Beriev A-40. The age of the photo would indicate it is indeed an A-40.
