B47's & B66's @ Bruntingthorpe

Has any one info, anecdotes, photograghs etc of USAF aircraft based; TDY ing at Bruntingthorpe PAR practices from other USAFE bases; including logistic C54's; C118's; C47's; C113 etc.
Used to cycle & plane spot there in my teens................no records kept by me.

G'day Terrence

The B-47-equipped 100th, 301st and 98th Bomb Wings used Bruntingthorpe for short periods. I beleive the mid-to latter 1950's.

RB-66B's of the 19th TRS/10th TRW were based there in 1960.

Anyone any photo's, details of base support groups, wing/squadron hack's, visiting transports; PAR practice a/c from other USAFE bases etc.
