Wagga Wagga Airport.
Must be an old photograph, Noyade, as the control tower has been closed for some time. The Quantaslink Dash 8 was a good clue though.

Caribbean?

It reminds me of Bimini Island, but it has been a real long time since I was there. I was flying a fairly new Jet Commander at the time, if that tells you anything.
