I've been to a number of the Comonwealth islands in the Caribbean and this doesn't look like any I visited. Not Tobago, Grenada, Carriacou, Bequia, Union, St Vincent, St Kitts. Don't think it is either airport on Dominica.

Could it be Canouan, quite a few years ago?

If not, at least somewhere in the Grenadines...
