As Chevron noted some pages back.
Grande Baie Mauritius - meaning I haven't a clue.
Mr G - you might have to offer another 'clue'

S'not Grande Baie - too many buildings!
Volcanoes to me = Lanzarote or Montserrat, but it's southern hemisphere with some 'european' in the roof designs so how about Kerguelen?

chevvron.

T. not the Kerguelen Islands.

But you are right about the European conection.
The country where this airport is, has strong ties with its Motherland.

Gentlemen.

It seems like I have made a gross error with this last Aerodrome. I have been doing some research myself and I have got this one completely wrong !! It is not in the Southern Hemisphere and forget about volcanoes.

I don’t know how the mistake has occurred or how I managed to post the wrong picture.

I can only apologize. I will not reveal the identity of the Aerodrome and maybe I can post it again in the future.

Again, I'm sorry.

I think it only proper to declare open house.

Clint.

(falls on sword) !!!!!

But I only drink whisky.
Didn't mention those long sheds are very reminiscent of California 'cos you said it was southern hemisphere!
