RAF Whirlwind

This is a photo of my father, Ken Gibson, (on top) of a Whirlwind in Borneo. He was an avionics tech and was trained as a crewman during this time.

Dad has been in Perth for years now, got around to getting a PPL fixed wing license only a few years ago and was a major influence in my career now as a Chopper pilot/engineer.

I would be interested in hearing from anyone who may have worked either with Dad or in Borneo with this squadron.
