Commander Airman Joseph Repka Kusi, Paraguay, born in the town of Carmen del Parana, is also a pilot, an entrepreneur in the business of pharmacies. "Yes, the design, as each piece, were forged and armed with Paraguayan labor. Only the propeller and engine were imported from abroad.

"The first flight took place in the old Silvio Petirossi Airport, 27 November 1981 and had the great honor of being the test pilot of that plane.
