I know that I am always claiming that I was almost there, but this time I was there pretty early. Did not look at the ad and judged lightly from the picture that the wheels were too large to be retractable. You could even have avoided that just by looking at the ad in the post closely enough. They are soooooooo easy in 20-20-hind.

Thanks Graeme.
Sorry it took me so long! My excuse is that I wasn't here. When I finally looked at it I realised that Graeme's first picture was right out of a book I have! Much quicker than going through Aerofiles

Thanks skytrain,
Much later than it looks (1967) and with a Lycoming lurking under a "dummy radial cowl" !!
If LM is able to post, I'll keep an eye on things, otherwise it'll have to an OH

Sorry mate, but I can't post. It seems the IT guy has found a blocked e-mail account so he's still working on it.
It'll be OK over the weekend though because I'll have my own computer at home.
Apologies again Trevor.

Don't worry LM; these things happen, I'm gonna be pretty hectic this afternoon anyway. I see a few regulars on the active list, so gentlemen, it's Open House, go for it someone!!
