Ahem… All Ah-what-was-this-again-let-me-see cozy elements in it, but then….

Smaller than first thought? (nose wheel???)

Variable geometry? (wing-tips)

????

Edit: Good morning buttrick! Didn't see you were back before posting (had dropped off-line for a while)

no VG, the dip in the TE is a deflected aileron.

You may have to think quite a way outside the box for this one.

There was a sister ship, (or the same fuseage ,not sure), with a delta wing.

And no not Sukhoi or MiG

Morning you two.

"Jet man" is looking at this, but not a lot of time this morning.

I see single engine and wing root intakes.

There seems to be something protruding from the right wing outer leading edge in the shadow which is not evident on the silhouette.

Am I correct?

It looks early 70s too.

Outriggers! Are you kidding mate?

That would mean tandem fuselage-mounted main gear and the outriggers would have to be down when the aircraft is on the ground!

The outriggers are there but un-silhouetted Mate…. Saw them there almost first…

Hold right there! Supersonic? Unmanned glomb?

On a second thought: did you say the SISTERship was a glider, too? No, I don't think so….. So, it may have had engines under the wings…..

Unmanned glomb?
Wossa glomb?

If you mean bomb, it seems to have a cockpit/canopy.

So "seem" many UAVs. And if you use the same fuselage as for manned one, why not?
