Dan Air At Huy 80's
Just being reminicing about a coffe stop at HUY back in the 80's 87/88??
With the parents, Parked up was G BMDF DA 732 a lovely sight back then, The 732 dwarfed the 'tiny' terminal as it was parked by the fence on std 1
Gathered a large crowd too.
A nice day on a Saturday Sadly didn't take any pics.
Does anyone remember DA flying into HUY with the 732??
I have been 'racking' the brain trying to think if they flew to Alicante/ Jersey or Palma on a Saturday.
I was sure it was Jersey, But I would have thought a 732 was too big for the route??
The service may have just ran for 1 season??
Iv'e got quite a few DA timetables, But there is nothing for HUY in any of them, Even the DA book has no mention of any HUY flights.
If anyone has any information on this or any DA flights 748/732/734 etc from HUY, I would be grateful.
I know it's a bit trivial, But it's one of those things that gets the memory going overtime
