"High Flight" UK TV late 50's early 60's

Can anyone remember a piece on UK TV from the late fifties/early sixties, probably a childrens programme (Blue Peter/Magpie), which started with a clip of an aircraft carrying out aerobatics, whilst the poem "High Flight" was narrated, followed by an interview with a fledgling RAF pilot.

If so, what was the programme and in what year was it screened?
