Thanks Mel! A rare photo for sure. Excellent challenge. I couldn't locate any on-line photos of the Tu-70/75 cockpit, so it was a learned guess, but a guess just the same.

Wow. Way off. An airship ? Really ? I am going to remove the post. Be advised that the source of this photo has incorrectly identified the aircraft type. The civil registration of the aircraft is actually plastered on the glare panel edge. I thought that was a big enough clue.

Possibly French,single engine piston fighter-trainer..?
It is possibly one or more of those.
Single-engine piston? Is it French? I think I see the word "GAZ", but google says that's French for General...?
I think definitely French single-piston. Pre-war?
"Gaz" in this context is gasoline. "Mettez les gaz" means "step on the gas" or "full-throttle".
I was trying to see if the mixture control is backwards, but there's not enough resolution.

Bri. It is of wooden construction. My source states it is the cockpit of the Caudron C.710 from which the CR-714 was derived. It was also stated that the were slight differences in the cockpit layout. However, you have control.

Thank you Mel. I saw a hydraulic reservior/cylinder in your photo which I thought may be related to retractable under carriage, hence my C.714 guess. My second guess would have been the C.713.
