open house...I havent got time to delve into my photos today
Was based at Brawdy years ago and guessed from the cliffs it was prob SW wales or cornwall.

Sorry for slight thread creep but I'm curious about previous two dromes - never heard of either. (1) Is Dale otherwise known as the former RAF St David's Head? (coastal command WW2 Halifaxes) and (2) where's Montford Bridge and was it a front line station? Cheers for any info and off to google...

Dale is in S Wales just west of the village of Dale which lies at the far western end of the Milford Haven inlet.

Montford Bridge is about 5nm NW of Shrewsbury.
