StbdD - Well done you've got it right.

Photo taken by me at RAF Thornhill, Rhodesia when I was there in 1952 and here is a photo I took of some of the aircraft based there.

Over to you StbdD.

It looks suspiciously like RCAF Station Rockliffe, Air Force Day, circa 1950/51??

StbdD's challenge

If 1444 miles distant is warm, I'll guess Glass Field, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

If its that warm, it wouldn't be RCAF Uplands, aka Ottawa, by chance??

Yes, given the distribution of Texans/Harvards throughout the world I'd say correct country was warm.

Tis indeed Prince Albert. The floor is yours evansb.

Thank you. Prince Albert suffered without paved runways during the war, and the lack of paved hard-stands is evident in the post-war photo. Here is the next mystery aerodrome:

sabredog is correct! Bellows Field, Waimanalo Beach, Oahu, was attacked by the Japanese Navy on December 7th, 1941. You have control.
