Preserving Vintage Proptransport History

The BAHF from Toms River NJ are the proud owners of 2 Vintage Proptransports from the 40's & 50's that are being preserved in Flying condition,a DC-4/C-54/R5D as a "Flying Museum" of Berlin Airlift history & now soon to come & latest project the Mighty Boeing 377/KC/C-97 Stratocruiser. This project is in work now & when complete the C-97G will take to the skies once again on a new mission of History & Education Exibit of the COLD WAR YRS. A lot of effort & time & negotiations over the yrs has put this unique & private, nonprofit, all volunteer membership, corporation in a position now to press on with this fantastic aviation event & project in preserving Proptransport History! The Mighty STRAT has returned to the NYC area & is in work now at the big hangar by very dedicated membership work force! You can see pics of our fleet of the 2 propliners at www.spiritoffreedom.org THANKS, JR
