didn't the concorde stop flying?

I noticed this picture from may 5th this year.. I see a concorde taxiing, or is it taxiing?? it seems almost to be sitting in the grass. can someone please explain.. are they still in operation??

The one pictured should be G-BOAB. It's the one which will eventually go on top of T5 when it's built. Just stored there out the way.

Heathrow's Rwy 23 is currently NOTAMed as closed, though not permanently. Having said that, it seems unlikely that it will be used again.
