model airliner liveries

Was discussing with a friend the curious case of a model (tin plate) IL62 ...in KLM colours. We had both seen examples...me at an antiques/collectibles emporium and he on an internet site.

No doubt a whimsy of the toy manufacturer, unless anyone can shed some light on this.

Any other examples?

Thumbs up Do these liveries really exist?

To: Loki

There is a Philippine company that makes models and they have a Boeing Supersonic Transport in various airline liveries including the presidential flight. In order to do this they must have the permission of the airline and they have to pay a licensing fee. In most cases they do not comply with this requirement. If found out they stop making the model.
