A G series Gotha but what mark is tough to say because the differences are mostly internal and the external ones (rear gunner position under tail for the IV) are not visible on the photo.
Drawing a bit of a blank on squadron markings too and my Germnan translator went home last year.

My reference says it's a Gotha V, but the major difference between that and the IV is said to be nicer streamlining of the nacelles.
