Scoot return to Perth last night.
 
Media is reporting that the “wheels overheated, so could not be retracted”.

That makes no sense to me. What could have overheated?
My 22000 hour brain is getting old.. ( and I have never flown the 787).

Anyone have any suggestions ?

Locked/seized brake pack? Tyre failure?
