QF37 MEL-SIN orbits over Port Phillip Bay now. VH-EBS. Not going anywhere. No sign of fuel dump, undercarriage down.

Thanks curtain twitcher- I’ve loads more as he was orbiting over bayside and i have a ginormous lens. I would have cropped it but I’m still getting my head around the latest photoshop. No fuel dump? Surely he had a chemtrail switch next to the mark4 thronomister, that would have worked.

Gear Down?
The picture shows the gear down - the questions should be:
a. Was the gear intentionally either selected down or not selected up (increase drag = increase in fuel flow); or b. Gear was selected up but did not retract (gear pins not removed/stowed). |

It’s an option for the 330... Qantas didn’t take it though, as the aircraft is certified to land at up to MTOW in emergency situations. |
