Anyone know why PR211 Manila-Sydney diverted to Melbourne this morning?

It seemed at the time that others were landing without too many problems - I wondered if it was more fuel management due to delayed caused by greater spacing.

There were no delays when I arrived at 0750 in fact there was nobody, vis down to 350 metres then 15 minutes later 275.

Cebu (5J) is Cebu Pacific..PR is Phillipines Airlines.
