Skippers Dash 8 - Carnarvon: Engine Failure

I was chatting to a pilot on facebook. Apparently there was an engine failure with a Skippers aircraft (Dash 8) on take-off at Carnarvon airport.

Anyone heard anything about this or anymore more details?
