Virgin Australia 100th Jet
This Sunday arvo ( with much fanfare / media / dignitaries etc ) V's 100th jet will land into BNE.
This aircraft will be a B 738 & will be another milestone for this transforming airline. JB & his team need to be applauded for the transformation which has occured in recent yrs, taking on the once giant / govt indorsed / supported Qantas & slowly winning a larger slice of the pax pie. I wish them the best is this tough, politically correct, over governed & over priced environment... |
Is that blue -700, the 50th I think, still around? I believe my name is on an overhead locker somewhere which I never got to see.
|
Blue one was still around until May this year. It was repainted to the white livery in 2012. VH VBY.
They could've painted the 100th in a special scheme! |

Gee, the same amaaaaazing business as Jetstar, eh Ultergra? You should get a new catch cry, and while you're at it, learn to count.
