Sounds like it could be Air China, they've advertised for foreign based Airbus pilots quite often.

Yes it is Adagold via a mob in Portugal called Hi Fly. Aero Professional in the UK are the recruiting mob.

Quite a scam going on here, as they are currently operating with Portuguese pilots and the ADF contract states that Oz pilots must fly the aircraft. ADF contract states A345, this mob using A343.

2 year contract which has been running now for over six months. That leaves 18 months left. Hi Fly require Oz drivers to fly to Lisbon for interview. Before application is processed further, they require 2 WORK references, one being from CURRENT employer. As if one would approach the Chief Pilot asking for a reference because your looking for another job!!

Obviously they know most people cannot do this which then leaves them stating to Oz Govt "there is no suitable applicants" and therefore we must continue using Portuguese pilots. My, what a surprise that is since they are a Portuguese company that has the contract.

Corruption, who mentioned corruption? :D

Hi Fly were Air Luxor. They went bankrupt and re-opened again as Hi Fly.
