Skywest F-50's Grounded
Anyone know why Skywest's F-50 fleet was grounded yesterday? I heard it created major problems for the airline. Maintenance problems?

ok i stand corrected...according to WIN news there was some problem yesterday with 1/3 of the XR fleet being grounded reportedly due to oil problems...

You are way off, more like the other way around Was it a CASA grounding or XR being a little cautious? |
3 x aircraft went US.....one of which had a power rollback on TO out of Perth. No spare aircraft in the fleet makes scheduling a little more difficult, but apparently it was all made up by the end of the day.
|
Some one used the incorrect oil??

I have very thick skin, and have been around for many years, longer than you, but just have not spoken up for a long time.:p |
