Tragic death at Bne International today?

I hope it's not true but news appears to be breaking regarding the death of a caterer at Bne International this morning after falling from a B747 during loading. The female was unable to be revived by attending paramedics.

If true -another terrible tragedy in the world of aviation.

..damn, how sad:bored: I hope her family can understand that her death WILL result in safer handling of such proceedures once they identify the cause.

Apparently on a A320 in Brisbane some months ago, a caterer was just about to step out the back door when the stairs disapeared and fell over sideways in strong winds. Not as high as a 474 but still - Have to be so careful.

My God, such an awful thing and who'd have thought of it? Condolences to all concerned :sad:

But how is this for a competent headline...what the NZ Herald is SCREAMING as a headline right now: "WOMAN DIES AFTER FALLING FROM PLANE"

:mad::mad:

Be careful out there boys and girls, in the last couple of years we have had one cabin crew member seriously injured when she fell from an A320 rear door when she opened the door without the steps in place and slipped. Also had a pilot suffer serious injuries when he slipped on deicing fluid on the ramp. Lets not forget the area around the aircraft is a very dangerous place.
