Request for information on aviation history - Bass Strait
 

Can anyone please assist with material on Tasmania aviation history, particularly early services across the Bass Strait? From the beginings with Holymans, Brain & Brown, through ANA, TAA, Ansett Airlines, and Ansett Airfreight and the company that operated pre AAE.

Initially this is just a personal interest that hopefully will develop into a book. So far I can find very little original source material from State or National archives and little secondary sources are available on the two original operators mentioned.
