Skippers questions

Hello all,

I am after any information on Skippers in WA.

1. What are the employment conditions like?
2. If you get a start as a casual, how many hours a month can you expect and what are the pay conditions like?
3. How long does it "normally" take to advance to full time employment?

I started a similar thread (D & G Questions - Skippers recruiting) a few weeks ago which got a few replies. Might be worth a look.
