Interesting thread about speeds in the sort of airspace we get in November, mostly from Europeans. It also wanders off into the topic of "see and avoid."

I also note they refer to an airspace as "E airspace", the way it is in the goober's version of AIP/MATS, rather than our rather formal "Class E airspace." Reckon I'll personally "implement" that.
