Cant help you with where they are coming from.. but this is where the current ones are from:
737-300
1 x ILFC
737-400
1 x Boullion
737-700
10 x ILFC (73G)
4 x Boullion (73W)
2 x GEC (73W)
737-800
4 x CIT (738)
1 x Boullion (738)
2 x GEC (73H)
2 x Tombo (73H) - VH-VOJ still to arrive
1 x Boullion (73H)
If you read this article it shows that DJ are capable of meeting the passenger requirements at Sydney Airport under the new agreement within a year.

Is there still a 737NG grounded/yet to enter service in BNE? A friend who completed his LAME training a few months back said they used it for prac training sessions. He said CASA had stopped/delayed it's entry into service until they hired more engineers.
