Mate, when you're incarcerated and you have a lower sentence than the axe murderer next door, it still doesn't imply that you're on a good deal - look out the window, you're still incarcerated...
I Need Of A Change needs his name changed to Stockholm Syndrome.

And that would be typical of many who disagree with others - play the man, not the ball. If you can't develop a rational and objective rebuttal, call the other person names and cast aspersions in their direction.

Someone privately message me in 12-24 months as a reminder to return to this thread just so I can say “I told you so” to I need of a change.

Would you be able to make a list of all the substantive reasons you believe that a NO vote should be cast? I'm talking about concrete, finite parts to the proposed EA that are so egregious that you would favour going to IB rather than allowing it to pass in its current form. I'm sure that with a little effort, you would be able to persuade us all with an objective "like for like" assessment, rather than resorting to attempting to demean anyone who has a position contrary to your own.

Will be sure to do so, you’re such an expert on all things. Hey do you know the lotto numbers for this week in advance with that crystal ball of wisdom and expertise?

Don’t let the facts get in the way again. Maybe go have a look on what page I first posted.

Ohhh good analogy. So given both the JQ and NJS deals would have me earn less for the same stick time what crime would those deals be incarcerated for?

The Short Haul deal would have me on more for the same stick time so how would that rate on your scale?

Not at all. I won’t be upset with a yes or a no outcome, I respect the process and everyone’s right to vote.

Did you want the reminders at 12 and 24 months so you can get back on your high horse and tell me how right you were?

You will not earn more than a JQ pilot on this EBA for the same hours, stop spreading misinformation.

Hopefully the No voters will do more for your family than your "yes" vote ever will.

Dear Wise One,

Given my deficiency and inability for myself to make a decision and vote how I choose, I seek your wealth of knowledge and all seeing eye position on what the EA would look like that all of your followers who drink the Kool-aid can then follow your supreme leadership and endorse a yes vote for?

Do not bother to listen to your elected union reps, "Soseg the God" is our self appointed dictator who will determine how we live our life.

Honestly what type of an EA would you endorse and please provide the path to achieving this that all be achievable?

Care to provide a worked example for a A320 captain at NWK vs JQ at the various year levels to support your position? Should be simple enough.

Ah, there we have it: The union endorsed it so it must be good. Wasn’t complicated was it?

The type of EA I’d endorse? As a minimum fix this half rate joke from 59 hours. Where have you ever heard of anyone justifying getting paid less to do more? Path to achieving it? Vote no. Go back to the table. If all else fails try PIA or IB which probably would go in favour of the pilots. Stop being afraid. You won’t have the opportunity again.

Nice to see YeahNup, another manager or union rep come out of the woodwork to support you on here.

Have fun getting paid only 68% of what a 737 FO makes per hour from 59 hours, Captain Bin Chicken. Pat yourself on the back when you’re being forced to do extra hours being stuck at Julim twice a day.

Wow when does your book of negotiating skills come out? Can’t wait to vote you up as the next Union rep given you think the current elected ones do not meet your expectations.

sole focus on one clause. How profound.

So I’m both a new hire F/O and a management pilot and not you’re calling out the union reps. What do they get from this? The union reps cop it from both sides so regardless of what you think of the deal, the fact you’re calling out the people who are elected by the pilot body to negotiate on their behalf and are basically thankless is an solid indicator of your grasp on reality.
