No personal experience in the medical profession but plenty of family members who have and lots of discussions over the dinner table over the years. Apparently there is nothing scarier that working in an ICU that is running out of resources. Doctors then have to to make very hard decisions.
Sitting with paramedics while on call in a previous life they often talk about making choices at who gets the paramedics help when confronted with multiple patients at a accident or fire . Working on one while the other passes . Part of the job analysing who won’t make it . So to reduce chances of being in this situation wearing a seat belt and installing a smoke detector have been made into law . Getting a vaccination is not law for most it’s best way to not be the poor soul who is first in waiting line for a ventilator.
The quite simple answer is that YES you are already treated differently to any other patient if you have covid. It's a highly infectious disease that needs certain protocols to prevent spread, vs say a heart attack patient. Will you be given lessor standard of treatment if you are vaxxed or un-vaxxed, NO, that will never happen as it would be against ethics, morals and basic human rights. The doctors may not even know who is vaccinated or not at presentation, it may be a question that does alter your treatment as presence of vaccine could alter the mix of drugs they give you to assist your recovery, so there may be some differences in treatment. Could you be triaged out of treatment if hospital capacity is exceeded, this is possible, as the capacity for a hospital to handle covid specific cases could mean you have to travel further, or are simply sent home to recover if not severe enough. But I would say there would be NO preference for Vaxxed vs not in any triage event, it would be on severity vs what help could be administered.
The main fact is that the more people that are vaccinated, the less that will present to hospital with severe symptoms and the less chance of the system reaching a point that turning patients away happens.

I would however expect you to give up your spot in line/give up your bed if you are severely ill with Covid and my little boy needs to be seen by a doctor if he falls off his bike and breaks his arm. You can’t expect him to wait in pain while you take up the doctor's time.

But yes, it is a huge conspiracy. I can't believe it got out. It all started when Rockefeller tried to stop snake oil salesman and the FDA type organisation was born. Well, as we know, it's all big pharma companies except Merck, as they make the wonder drug. Segregation will take place the moment you arrive with symptomes of Covid. Does it matter for your treatment if you have been vaccinated? If you have any other illnesses?
Yes, and I would expect the medical staff to ask these questions. The people in hospital now are mainly non vaccinated or vaccinated with other medical issues as well.
Segregation may very well place these categories ahead of the rest as the rest of us will get a milder version of Covid if we get infected.

Travel in Euroland is very much based on your vaccination status. Those without vaccines can’t travel or will be placed in quarantine.

My company can’t legally force us to take the shot, but 99% of us are now vaccinated. Without much discussion.

I am working alongside the medical professionals, and they do not assess vaccination status when treating cases. If a patient is has covid like symptoms they will treat said patient as having covid until PCR tests can confirm otherwise.

There's no contradiction between what you see of assessing or not assessing a patient's vaccination status, and the planning behind the scenes for what happens at higher case numbers or when hospitals go onto bypass.
