So I see we have a new person ‘ involved’. With 22? With 22 years of Cathay behind you... why would think this was a good idea ?

Edit to say.. checking today ( 4 June) it seems that DL and others are no longer on the web page.

It seems brad has redone his timeline. The grand reckoning now comes in 208 days, 4 hours, 25 minutes, ...

The whole idea of launching another airline in this environment is confusing.

It's all over the shop, including spelling mistakes. Where he's got 'Tiers of Travel' that should be 'Tears' shouldn't it?

I'd love to know how he convinced 32 people to donate A$16,861.25. Sounds like a good business scheme!

Of course, with his own web site even those figures could be a figment of a fertile imagination.

His whole front page has changed. It’s now just about him, and how he is going to build an airline.

* Fundraising Clock resets to 35 days?

* "Post-holders" disappear off the bottom of the list?

* Now the $16,000 raised (of $2,900,000 'required') has mysteriously turned into $3,000?

Where is the other $13,000?

Appalling.

Sorry SOPS, I should have included a sarcastic emoji. I have no idea how much a website costs to run. I fixed the original post.

C'mon everyone, we're $2.89M short of the $2.9M goal with barely a day to go.

Dig deep!

I might be being a little pessimistic, but suspect he is going to come up a little short. The 3k would not fund a decent wake for the concept let along the operation.

Yubbedah yubbedah, That's all, folks!

$3,821.42
raised in 8 weeks. That should pay for one pilot to fly a 172 on award wages for a bit over a month. Of course, he'll have to find someone to gift them the plane, and the hours, because that won't cover the operating expense. If he needs to hire the plane, then he's got enough to cover a 172 + pilot for whole two days!
