Really!. This hasn't happened to the best of airlines. Engines don't fail or have fires on the best of maintenance. Components that have production issues don't appear on aircraft.

It was a disgruntled engineer and it was the union for that engineer that called in CASA (and maybe the newspapers) and considerable cost and waste of time.
