According to Friday’s The Australian, fighting harada will not be charged by the AFAP, he will be added to Singapore and Scoots do not fly list, his details will not be shared with other carriers. Airlines confirmed to The Australian that passengers on the no fly list were no passed on to other carriers because of privacy.
There is some thought that the man, may have suffered a mental health condition, which could limit any prosecution prospects.

Apparently his privacy and mental condition, are more important that the public's safety.
If his offence is punishable by jail time, and he is not charged due to mental health, he should be immediately locked up in a mental health institution for at least as long as the offence would be punishable for in the normal criminal system, and then they can do an assessment to see if he has recovered sufficiently to no longer be a menace to society.

I have heard on the grapevine that he was responding to continual provocation from those he eventually lashed out at. Whilst certainly not condoning this response, maybe there's more than one person who should be added to 'no-fly' lists.

So am I right in reading that some bogans were hassling some guy with mental health problems, and the guy with the mental health problem was the one arrested? Some great policing work right there...
He needs to face the Singaporean system. He was on a 9V regisistered bird. It’s the only way the bogans here will learn. He would be facing prison, 100 lashes and probably wished he was never alive had he been arrested on the other end.
There is a similar case of another bogan abusing police officers (video on YouTube) at Changi and pushing them. He got 7 months prison.
He won’t get any form of justice here as our system is flawed. He needs to be whipped in Singapore.
