Aren't those QF A332s hardwired with the domestic size galleys that can only serve one full meal per sector? They won't be doing anything over about 9 hours max if that's still the case. Meal and a snack maybe.
Disclaimer : Never operated or been interested in Buses. I seem to recall that catering issues on long sectors was why they went to Jetstar in the first place, way back when.

EBS and EBV don't have a FCR at the moment. If one comes it will be a class 2 affair at either 7A or 7K. 7K is currently blocked out on international flights as a cabin crew rest seat.

QF Flight Ops is the meat in the sandwich in this. QF bought these 14 plus hour airframes and did not include a provision for a crew rest. After having just concluded an EBA, AIPA is in no mind to give relief on the restrictions of a class 2 crew rest to cover for the lack of foresight of upper management.
