QF A330 locked brakes in MEL

Heard a QF A330 reporting locked brakes yesterday in MEL with the aircraft met by the fire crew shortly after.

Saw some pretty big skid marks around/past the rapid exit line on RWY 34. Are they still there?

There was also reports of debris found on the runway.

Another A330 in HK had a similar issue in HKG last week, turned out to be a faulty Anti Skid system.........

This isn't the first A330 to have this issue.

Another good one is not being able to release the Park Brake before TO!!

If they "vacated" surely they would be saved by the "anti-skid"...
