Their hand was forced after the rumours of Network and 737-400s started.
Network will become a big player and hopefully it distracts the main players in the group for long enough, so the underlings can get the main part of the ship back on course.

they'd better stop being so high and mighty in ther talks with VA, cause as they well know they will be eaten up by the network/qf juggernaut in years to come if they don't join the alternative borg
Quite normal for the age of the b737, it's the skin wrinkling from pressure and landing cycles, theres a limit in the S.R.M for really deep wrinkles which then get repaired, even saw it once on a b52 at Avalon just before the wing.
