Ex-eagle drivers who became ex after 1 Apr 04

Had a catch up with an Eagle mate yesterday hence a couple of new Eagle threads...

apparantly Eagle believes they are under no obligation to contact ex-Eagle pilots and forward time-and-a-half monies they earn't after 1 April 04. Sounds like they are only going to pay those who make a claim...

So, if you think you are owed money from withheld stat holiday pay since 01/04/04 then get in touch with them to advise where they can forward your dosh.

Thats what I was told Sqwark.

So spread the word to all ye ex Eagle drivers, write one letter stating you would like to be considered for back payment regarding the time and half issue then post it to Hamilton. And just to be sure fax it too

Yeah I talked to ALPA about this and they advised we must chase it up Considering ALPA spent bag loads of our money fighting this its a a real last step cop out.

If EAG don't play ball just file a personal grievance against the company.

If theres any accountants hanging around here i would be interested to know how the tax issue is going to work. Do we have to pay secondary tax or is it mean because its back pay?????????

The whole holiday pay thing is disgusting, they are now paying big brother for holidays worked while they work out back pay but we are still getting shafted and having to wait for money which was owed 4 years ago.

..speaking of which, if any of you ex Eagle drivers want your old jobs back, there is 20 odd positions available right now (15 Co)

..probably the pay is the same as when you left tho
..actually no..you'd probably go back to year one pay..oh never mind

Haha matty J your brilliant- I think i will skip on the offer though

So we have to contact Eagle personally to get our holiday pay aye? does anyone have an email addy of payroll or something similar? Maybe we could round up a list of guys that are owed money and put it to them together. Im sure that would give them a fright. Although- half of bugga all=next to nothing!

you would like to be considered for back payment
Considered??? we were/are entitled to that backpay. Be corteous for sure but it's not like they are doing us a FAVOUR for back paying us. They're legally obliged to pay it.
