Dunnunda & Godzone
Why do we have to combine Australian and New Zealand aviation news in the same Pprune Dunnunda & Godzone section? I for one don't care about what is going on over the Tasman and find it difficult and frustrating searching through all the Aussie related stuff to get to the NZ stuff which matters. Who cares about NAS over here.
I vote for a separate New Zealand section and an Aussie one.

For pretty much the same reason that the UK Reporting points isn't split into Scots, Welsh and Irish sections and other colonies.
Keep it simple, keep the "voluntary" moderating time down and keep it all together.
We aslo generally share a common aviation, regulatory and common air service agreements.

i totally agree. i can only imagine the frustration of searching so hard for anything that matters in NZ.

i guess no one really cares enough to give you a special place of your own. and since most of you are bludging on the beach over here why would you really need it?

I think its high time Oz got its own forum. I understand that maybe PPRUNE is running at capacity. And we id appreciate the seperation of the forums into 4 a couple of years back. Me tto, I am sick of stumbling onto a Kiwi stuff.

We can usually identify OUR topics because the threads include the letters "PNG". Maybe the Kiwi folks could start including "NZ" in their thread topics, so that WE will know which topics to avoid.

Yip, I'm sick of hearing about NAS, Dick Smith, the Award and J*. Why must we mild manored kiwi's who get on with our ATCOs, get paid crap, and accept our low cost airlines have to weed through this drivel

You should probably consider yourself lucky to even have a seperate NZ/Australia forum. The majority of the time, the forum traffic doesn't really seem to warrant it.

I too, am fed up with k one w ones bludging off Australia, particularly the haka ones.
Get rid of them, give them there own site.
As for PNG, hope you stay with us, have many hours in PNG, DC-3 and F-27's. Lots of good memories.
